Meet the SIEMAT team of Uttrakhand - Seema Jaunsari (Director, SCERT), Shashi Chaudhary (Add. Director, SIEMAT), Mohan Singh Bisht (Policy Planning and Implementation, SIEMAT), Vinod Dhondiyal (Policy Planning & Implementation, SIEMAT), Dinesh Chandra Gaur, and Vinod Dhyani (Policy Planning & Implementation, SIEMAT). They provide capacity-building support to the educational leaders in state.
This January, they decided to approach the 30-day 'School Leadership and Development training' in an innovative and interesting way by leveraging technology. They brainstormed with our team at ShikshaLokam and created a plan to integrate platform to improve the effectiveness of their program.
A Peek in the training
Samiksha App was used for the registration of all the participants undergoing training. Continuous assessment of learning happened through quick quizzes post every session related to respective modules on Bodh. Dhiti (Data Analytics platform) provided real-time results of the quiz to guide the team to take corrective action for the next modules. Principals also used the Unnati app to create improvement projects for themselves that they would implement in their respective schools.
