Change and improvement

Content  relating to how system changes can take place across the K-12 formal school system. This could include knowledge and interventions around specific institutional and organizational development, changes in strategy, structure and processes, relationships between organizations and actors in the school support system, changes in the status quo leading to new ways of organizing and leading the school support systems.

Educational leadership’s key focus area is how to bring about changes in the existing norms, ways , processes and structures such that they are more effective and efficient in their outcomes.
